Casa di Mir Primary session
Casa di Mir Primary session
Primary | 10-Week Session
This playful 10-week class introduces young children to Indian dance through stories, music, movement, and imagination.
Students will explore how we can use our hands, faces, and bodies to tell stories without words. Through simple hand gestures, facial expressions, animal movements, and basic dance steps, children will bring stories inspired by Indian mythology, nature, animals, and everyday life to life.
Each class incorporates age-appropriate movement games, storytelling, music, and creative exploration. Children might become a peacock spreading its feathers, an elephant walking through the forest, a blooming flower, falling rain, or a character from an Indian story.
The program encourages creativity, coordination, listening skills, confidence, and self-expression while giving children a joyful introduction to Indian arts and culture. Sept 13- Nov. 19
